CP3 has hit 30pt 10ast 4 times in 15 playoff games that is second by all active players behind Nash whom has done it 5 times in 108 games. To say he is not top 5 is the single most retarded statement I have ever heard on this board. brah why do you keep ignoring the stats that show that CP3 averages more points in the playoffs per game than he does the regular season?

sorry if this has already been said...but Rose and Paul are the only two point guards...ever to have 35+ points and 10+ assists in their first playoff games. Rose will be great, but one game doesn't' erase everything paul has done. he is playing with a bunch of trash for teammates...
nonetheless...last night wasn't just embarrassing for LA, but for all former hornets fans..Carolinas and in LA...

I don't know what CP3 brings that elevates him to the consensus #1 PG that Deron doesn't. It's preference to me and depends on how you want your team to operate.

the national media has had paul as their consensus #1 PG since last season. people like simmons, hollinger, and many of the other NBA writes and analysts have been very vocal about their opinions. statistically he's also by far the best PG in the league. his PER this season was the best ever for a PG, and one of the top PER's for any guard
