What he has in his favor is his team has not quit on him. They played their butts off.
Instead of spending money they don't have on a buyout, keep Norvell and pay for some players. This team is probably one QB away.

I bet if he cans his DC he will get another year. This admin isn’t serious about winning.
He's still having to fire and hire coordinators every year just to keep treading water. It's not like if he loses every other game by 50 FSU will magically get a blank check to fire him. We'll spend money to fire and hire another DC, Norvell isn't getting fired

There should be no penalties on a hail mary, unless it is just completely egregious. Having a successful hail mary negated by a bullshite holding call is a joke.
