I said he wasn't healthy in the first pages of the game thread and got ratiod, Henry isn't a game changer even when healthy, running backs are meaningless in the NFL now.

They aren't the factor they used to be but I think calling them meaningless is overdoing it. I'd say you have three or four running backs in the league that can change a game--Henry, Taylor, Cook, and maybe Kamara. McCaffery used to be in this category but he is human X-ray now.

He was solid until the 2 times they just needed 1 yard.

Henry’s foot was 100%. Spoke this morning with a person on staff. He looked tentative and rusty.

I was laughed at when I told a buddy that he would ineffective. He said told me man he looks great no limp or anything. My response was I have been watching the NFL since 1980 and one thing is for sure. Power backs need work to be effective. Anytime a big power back sits on the shelf for a bit it takes awhile for them to come back to form. I was proven correct.

If Foreman gets every one of Henry’s carries this game the Titans probably win the game

Yeah what makes him a special back is that he not only peaks in the second half of the season, he peaks in the second half of games. That type of ability wouldn’t be special if someone could sit on their butt for two months and then do it. It would be suspicious.

Selfish and dumb

Foreman was a man today, and has been great in his absence. They likely win the game without Henry

Oh frick you with your terrible Henry takes making LSU fans look like jealous assholes. Selfish? Mike Vrabel is the one coach Derek Henry ain’t telling shite. If he wasn’t ready to go, that’s on Vrabs, not Henry.

But the biggest difference in the game is the Titans had Josh fricking Tannehil and the Bengals had Big Dick Joe Burrow.

Agreed but this goes against the narrative.

Bama backs will bust out sooner or later, usually when the lights are brightest.

He looked baaaaad 20 for 62 Foreman out rushed him and only had 4 carries. Vrabel is such a chump.

Come on, they needed Henry to go farther, so you need to get him back in game shape. Win today without him, delay him having an "off" game.
