The height/weight came from the police report that the media sought after. Jansen had nothing to do with that being leaked to the public. Law enforcement asked Jansen last week for a DNA swab from Winston that Winston voluntarily gave up.

I disagree. This guy is worst than ANYONE I have seen even on FSU message boards.
Not only that but he is posting bullshite because he is obviously misinformed. I stopped reading when he claimed that Jansen leaked the height/weight shite. That came from the police report which was obtained by the media and TMZ through TPD.

Yea, trying to argue that the FSU att'y is trying to win in the court of public opinion is ludicrous. The family has been the one touting police coverup theories and making statements left and right.
Edit: If the facts aren't in my favor, I would certainly beat the media drums to generate enough pressure to get a charge, whether the evidence supports it or not. See, justice for Trayvon.

Look, I have never claimed that I thought Winston is cleared from these accusations. I have stated multiple times that I don't know Jameis Winston personally therefore I cannot and will not defend him to the death. Of course I don't want FSU to lose him but more importantly, I want the truth to come out. Because if this female's accusations are true, she deserves justice.

Hmmm... that seems to be in stark contrast to the family's repeated public statements.
If he wants to win over the public, he should probably start trying harder. Like making consistent statements to rebut the family's about what Winston's case is and why this shouldn't even be brought to trial, instead of making comments like "has been intermingled" that take some serious mental gymnastics to figure out why Jameis is not guilty. Cause, frankly, Jansen is getting his arse handed to him in the court of public opinion.
