The TPD has fricked this up beyond belief. Now with the DNA confirmation AND reports of photos of injuries, I'm not sure they have a choice.

Even if he's innocent, there is still enough evidence to charge him with rape, and then let the jury figure it out. Until his trial, he would be suspended, correct?

my worry is like all the rumors about people turning on her, that's my worst fear. fear that it actually happened but no one will stand by her side. people will come forward acknowledging the act, but alleging that it was consensual.
