You're digging deep into something thats already been done..
Again. SHE doesnt remember well about the events. It damages any chance of a conspiracy imo. If she's not consistent with what happened then..

After scanning the released documents, it is clear that the DA could never bring a case like this to a jury.
Coming to a definitive conclusion as to whether an assault occurred or not is difficult, but Casher's testimony is more consistent and believable imo than the alleged victim's. I'm leaning towards the conclusion that no assault occurred leaving open the possibility that it did, but the evidence is clearly stacked against a conviction. In fact, it is unlikely, based on these reports, that the alleged victim could even come close to meeting the lower standard of a civil case that an assault more likely than not occurred.

I take the inconsistencies in her story far more seriously than a witness prepared by FSU's attorney.

Well, that is JWs roommate. Who also admitted to going in to have sex with her too, but JW left with her on the scooter

Fair.
But she doesnt deny that others were there...which gives credence to his story.

What are your thoughts on Willie Meggs?

Why would she take off her clothes to just give a BJ?
Not being insensitive. But I'm thinking she agreed to have sex..

Yeah, what's the old saying "Snitches get ditches". I highly doubt the friend and roommate would say anything damaging, regardless of what went on that night. Especially if he was watching it like a porn and attempted to join in.

2) Although the bj clearly makes her look bad, it doesn't necessarily mean that it was consensual. She could have not wanted to go any farther than that, but the fact that she never brought that up and the fact that the roommate said he didn't see her fighting it are more telling.
nobody is this fricking stupid please tell me that at least.

In the case documents, originally she told police she had "black outs" and didn't remember much. Also told a friend that she was hit on the head or something of the sort.
Then she came back the next day and was able to tell police:
2 scooters outside, and the colors of said scooters.
What the apartment complex looked like
That his door didn't lock
The color of his sheets and the design on them

Right. Her inconsistencies sunk this case. I agree. And it's evidence that she made the whole thing up.
It seems odd that her account is accounted for almost word for word by the roommate's affidavit. And I believe Meggs said that the police report was given to Jansen. I'm not going to go full-on tinfoil, however. This case is a non-starter.

Jansen speaking now. Winston is not with him

She possibly got upset that JW told his roommate to come in for a train. She got upset. Yelled 'get out' and slammed the door. Made JW take her home, and was so pissed about the attempted 3 way, she went straight to PD with rape

As a
joke, I busted into the room to embarrass Jameis. The girl yelled at me, "get out." She got up off the bed
and turned off the light and tried to close the door.
so what?
that wouldn't be proof that she didnt want to stop once the door was closed.
again, I'm not saying he did anything wrong or not. (must repeat since morons like the Ocean think that anyone who comes up with any scenario that could be bad for Jameis means they want him to be guilty.)

Anyone else reading the police report find M.K. super sketchy?
Posted on 12/5/13 at 2:23 pm to saintsfan22
quote:Your missing the point. I could point to her claims saying that she was kicking him, so what makes his more valid? I agree that it probably was consensual just stating that you can't use that as proof.
