The Mets finished 0-for-10 with runners in scoring position. In the four games, they are 4-for-29 (.138) in that category.

The Dodgers have outscored the Mets, 30-9, in the series.

I don’t know if there is anything else in sports that matches the emotional swings of playoff baseball
There is NOTHING that compares to it.

This is a pretty remarkable run by the bullpen. Possibly 2015 KC level

The dodgers pen has given up runs in only like 2 innings over their last 30+

This board is going to melt pretty hard if it's a Dodgers Yankees WS

And we both know how it will go on here. The loser will be mercilessly mocked and burried and have their graves danced on while the winner will have people breaking their backs and making up the most asinine, idiotic, brain numbingly arbitrary reasons for why the win doesn't actually count
We will also have a bunch of people whining about how awful the WS is and how it's better for baseball when we get more WS like last year and will then come up with equally dumb reasons as to why the assured record breaking ratings will be fake or don't matter

JK, this year it's pretty obvious those two are the best teams. Just watch 2 innings of the quality of at bats they take compared to every other lineup that made the postseason and it slaps you in the face.
Plus their staffs throw strikes and don't really walk people.

Hard to argue this. I wish the Mets could pull it off but the Dodgers are showing why they’re the 1 seed.

You are being a little too sensitive. Nobody will say the win doesn't count. No matter who wins, it will be legit and there is no denying that. Credit will be given where it is due. It is actually about time one of those teams win given all of the talent that they have both wasted the last 10-15 years.
My hate for the Yankees and Dodgers goes back 40 years, so it isn't new. If the Yankees win, the Aaron Judge butt-buddies will be insufferable, along with the rest of the "Greatest Franchise in History" bandwagoners.

Technically the Dodgers didn't buy a championship yet, it's all deferred
the deferred money is the biggest joke

This series continues to be a turd.
I mean at least they've gone back and forth but the games them selves haven't been terrible interesting.
