I know, I was boycotting Chic-Fil-A last year over the guy marriage thing, or something. I was holding steady until my daughter got invited to a dinner play date. I don't force my beliefs on a toddler that has no idea as to why I am making that decision. Let's just say I stopped boycotting them on that date and apparently tried to give the back all the money that I didn't spend over the following two weeks. My daughter was like, "Daddy, let's to Chic-Pa-Lay!" I was like, "girl, I was headed there anyways"

I've had several conversations with non NFL watching friends. They can't seem to get it through their heads that Kaep hadn't been a good QB in several years, he was about to get cut, and had several offers to be a backup around the NFL, even with the protest controversy.
All they know is that he protested and now doesn't have a job. They refuse to see any nuance in his particular case.
It's infuriating.
And I really never gave a frick about him protesting. I'm just waiting until kickoff when they sing the national anthem.
