if playoffs began today,

Toronto @ tampa
flyers @ penguins (!)
islanders @ bruins
Cbj @ caps

nice job Columbus

STars @ Avs
Flames @ Oilers (!)
Nucks/jets/yotes @ blues
nucks/jets/yotes @ Vegas

I cant determine the tie breaks between those three.

lol Nashville
lol san jose

intriguing first round with ~month to go. wild card race in the west looks good.

I wish I still had time to watch hockey

What's everyone thinking about the new pucks just in time for playoffs?

Tarasenko isn't a full go in practice, but this is encouraging:

quote:

"The coaches will go in the corner with him and things like that," Berube said, "an extra guy will push him around a bit. He's had some contact the last couple practices. That's all we can do now until he gets his test done. He can't do too much. Still waiting."

Flyers stacked. I read a headline that Patrick could be healthy by the playoffs and they look crisp on the power play and appear to have depth. So they'll probably get swept in the first round it's looking too promising.

Blues really haven't played like a very good team all season. Even in these runs, they are winning, but are much better.

Team is so deep, that they can get away with it.

It doesn't make sense to go balls to the wall every game. We've seen that from past Blues teams.

Stars shutout again by the Preds. Haven't scored a goal in over 7 periods.

Nice job at the trade deadline, Nill.
