How good are those prospects the Devils got? I was thinking the other day what it would take Armstrong to land Hall. Not that it matters anymore.

Not great. The picks including a guaranteed 1st and potentially another 1st are the big deal.

Merkley really plateaued due to injuries but could probably make a bottom 6 eventually.
Schnarr probably has a bottom 6 ceiling.
Bahl is a big strong physical defender who can skate. Idk if he’s ever higher than a 2nd pair guy because he’s fine offensively but not dynamic. That being said, he could play 10+ years in the NHL.
