shite no it has worked out, and Pierre Paget and Marcel Aubut made out like bandits in the deal, but not the point the NHL allowed a perfectly viable franchise to move, something they refuse to do with 3-5 present franchises located in the sun belt

Denver is one of the better relocations. That city deserved a team anyway.

and Nassau is a shithole...they don't have enough money for a renovation, much less a new arena.

that the 6 Canadian teams account for 30% of the revenue in the NHL so it only makes sense to go where you're wanted. I don't think expansion is a good idea.
Canadian franchises represent close to 40% of league revenue...

Nassau is old (Hell I saw Alabama there before we were married in 1983 I think). Poles in the way for sight lines. That part of nassau is dumpy. Uniondale near Hofstra - Hempstead Ave.

Does Qiebec City have the population numbers to support a reurn to the NHL? Ahg yes Guy LaFleur and the Quebec Remparts.

I know about the Junior team. Didn't LaFleur play for the Remparts in the QHL before he played for the Habs?

I rememeber LaFleur doing commercials for some meat compoany

La Choix d'aliments.

Can Fan Do you know the joke about the guy in New York listening to the Canadiens on the radion in French and hearing Cournoyer, Richard etc but cou;dn't figure out who la rondelle was. (It means the puck!)
