And as far as Crosby, I'm just glad he actually has stats to look at past the first round of the playoffs. I'm a Pens fan first and foremost, but there's nobody in the league I'd rather have than Crosby. What's undeniable is that he wins wherever he's at and as a Pens fan, that's all I care about.

Word for Word...agreed.... He's an amazing player that does great things with or without the puck great leader and I'd trade half the goddamned Leafs to get him...in a heartbeat...

It's a luxury to have a 2 goal lead in this series. They damn well better close this one out. I think they gave up a few too many shots in the 2nd, but I'm assuming they'll tighten it up in the 3rd. It's awfully nice to see Stall out there on the PK; hopefully they won't be in that situation again.

At least if the Wings lose I won't have to watch this ridiculousness anymore.

A new matchup in the SCF, finally! But I was hoping the Wings would take this series. SJ with confidence..

Phew. So it's officially not going to be Detroit-Pittsburgh this year.

Good for San Jose, bout time they got over the hump.

I was hoping for another shutout; Fleury played well and it was much needed. That needless penalty at the end led to some unnecessary drama, but the W is what matters most. I just wish Fleury would play like that consistently. It's almost like he has to face some adversity or doubt before he'll really step his game up. The next game will be very interesting. That crowd is going to be insane, but they've played well there for basically 5 out of 6 periods so far. I think they'll do everything they can to finish the series, but I'm worried Halak may have one more great game in him. And I'm certainly not ready to declare victory; it's just nice to know the Pens have another shot at home if they can't finish them off in Montreal.

I'm still somewhat shocked to see Detroit officially eliminated. That's a team I have a lot of respect for, but pull against so I'm glad to see SJ advance. If Chicago can't finish off Vancouver at home, then SJ could really have an advantage b/c of the extra rest. I think/hope that Chicago can beat SJ in the next round, assuming they finish Vancouver (stranger things have happened).

Wtf went behind the reasoning to have the Bruins and Pens play at the same time tomorrow night? I'm assuming Boston couldn't play today b/c of the Celtics, but there was no reason whatsoever to schedule the game at the same exact time as the Pens/Habs. It appears that the #1 game on VS is Bruins/Flyers (an absolute joke considering interest levels nationally) so I'm going to be relegated to watching Game 6 online. Speaking of which, I'm open to suggestions on the best feed. Other than when my local NBC affiliate decided to switch to Obama in the 3rd period of Game 2, I haven't had to go the online route.
