Less than 24 hours until the fun starts. On a separate note, Boston really made out well with that Toronto trade. They're guaranteed to be able to get Hall or Seguin in the draft; and they desperately need offense. Kessel for Hall or Seguin is something just about any GM would jump on immediately.

Yeah, Kessel is a good player and has a lot of good years ahead of him. Boston still has more picks coming from that deal next year as well so it's a gift that keeps on giving. I don't think it being the #1 would've mattered too much this year; only because the consensus is that Seguin/Hall are a notch about everyone else. Although for Boston's needs, I think Hall fits in better since they already have 3 pretty good centers.

Ottawa takes down the Pens in 6.
And yeah I wish Caps tickets were that cheap. I plan on making at least 1 game, but I'm going to try and hold out until the ECF's or SCF's. If we play the Pens in the 2nd round, I'll make it to one of those games. Damn D.C. frontrunning fans if they aren't the Redskins.Oh well, at least they make a shite ton of noise and if it'll make D.C. more a hockey town for years to come, so be it. But 100 bucks for a 1st round game is ridiculous regardless of the teams playing.
And if we play NJ in the playoffs, better believe I'm going up to Newark and getting lower level tickets.

45 for uppers on stub hub for tomorrows game i can't believe it, i might go. I shelled out 135 a piece for game 5 vs the pens.

Pens just look different this year hence why I'm taking the Sens in 6. They have the defense to shut down Crosby. Malkin will destroy them but if that's all, then they are taking this series with some ease. Fleury is having an off year big time.
