Looking forward to the Preds-Hawks series (only two teams I care about in the west) and the Bruins-Sabres (good matchup for Boston).

Nothing else should go 7.

What's the earliest round that we'll have Pens/Caps. Becuase you know it will come down to that.

Yes, that whole one time Sid's team has beaten Ovie's team in the postseason is certainly dispositive. Especially when the Pens finished 8 points ahead in the standings that season and were the favorites to win. Ovie is obviously a choking dog based on this sample.

second round is the earliest caps will see pens if all favorites win. Caps go all the way this year. Cant figure out if they will face Detroit San Jose or Vancouver.

i'm glad we ( the bruins ) got the sabres. they are almost as offensively challenged as we are. can rask out duel miller? i seriously doubt it but this was the best matchup the bruins could have got.

Ottawa are just as inconsistent as the Pens, but with a weaker roster on paper. This is a prime chance for the Penguins to capitalize on home ice advantage and take the series by the throat. Then hopefully they can ride that confidence into the sunset.

No stars... :tear:
Anyone but the wings, I hate them with a passion.
It would be nice to see some new blood in the finals, crosby has a cup and a gold, let's not spoil the kid

Their goaltending is an even bigger question mark than Washington's and I just think the Campbell injury is going to hurt them worse than they expected.

Would be the highest scoring SC Final ever.

Ottawa has always done a good job of limiting Crosby except for 2007 when Ottawa's entire roster was depleted.

Phillips-Volchenkov usually does a very good job at shutting down Sid, Malkin is usually the guys that gives them fits.
