@wyshynski

Oh, here we go again w/ the "NYR and OTT didn't need fighting for great game!" As if previous games had no influence on dynamic of this one.

Backstrom picked up a match penalty at the end of the game for CC Peverly in the face. That's an auto 1 game suspension but I'm sure the league will rescind it

They better rescind it. That was some awesome playoff hockey last night. These teams are really starting to hate each other. Haven't seen that much fight from a Caps team in years. I've loved every game. Not gonna place the blame on Holtby for last night. Those last three goals weren't really his fault. Caps have gotta get back to the basics on D on Thursday.

Looked like both Backstrom and Peverly got their sticks up at the end. Backstrom's just happened to clip Peverly in the visor.

I'd rather they play with slightly less emotion if it means crisper passing. they were off all night. Boston deserved to win, they were the better team for most of the night. Caps couldn't string together three passes.

On 39 shots! Henrik earned his paycheck tonight.

Granted, the shots weren't all high quality. Would appreciate it if the Rangers could get a PP going...
