I like Texans money line and under, even at an incredibly low 37. Two terrible offenses playing and two above average defenses. I'd be surprised to see Raiders score more than 10 with rookie QB.

Pittsburgh defense isn't great. Matt Moore has played ok (barely over 200 yds) but he is a veteran player.

Texans have moved to -4. I have no idea what to do in this game. My conscious tells me to take the under, but that is not happening.
