Is Tomlin your personnel guy? Because that's your larger issue.

New GM is in his 2nd year. Had a pretty solid draft last year.

Colbert was terrible towards the end of his tenure.

He’s not leaving. You have to be real bad for more than one season to get fired..

3 coaches in the last 55 years. Let that sink in for a bit.

What the hell have they been doing with their draft picks?

Part of the problem with Tomlin and his everlasting mediocrity and no losing seasons, means never having a high draft pick.

Also, Kevin Colbert, the previous GM made some really, really bad misses the 5 years previous to the last two. They’ve been soft on getting WRs and have missed on a ton of interior lineman.

I don't love Tomlin or anything, but him being able to drag y'all every year to a record above your talent does hurt your draft position. Y'all don't even have the WR magic anymore

Wilson isn’t even the biggest problem. No running game, WRs aren’t getting open at all. Offensive line isn’t giving much time. A complete offensive shite show

Wilson (and qb in general) is most definitely the biggest problem. Wilson is literally a one read and checkdown qb. He destroys any offensive creativity when he can’t progress through his reads.

If Tomlin was a motivational speaker, I would pay to listen to him. If he was a preacher, I would sit in the pews. If he was a politician, I would consider voting for him. He is a good man. But at this point, I'd rather him do anything but coach my football team.

Tomlin definitely raises a subpar roster. But he doesn’t do the equivalent when it’s a good roster.

The way I like to summarize him is he has no coaching tree. He hasn’t brought in a single assistant or coordinator that got elevated to a HC.

He’s simply a master at personality management. He’s useless outside of that.

Been a fan of them for all of those 55 years.

Tomlin needs to go.

Ok. Who you gonna get to replace him??? And if he leaves, he will be hired the next day. Careful what you wish for.

Yes an elite QB can raise the bar, but there’s literally nothing on offense that this team can do to threaten a good defense. Has nothing to do with creativity, they simply don’t win their matchups. Looking at the plays, it’s not like he’s not getting through progressions, there’s simply not anyone open.

No clue. I think Fields and Wilson are both FAs. They won't have a good draft pick and it's a weak class.

Maybe go for Darnold?

And now they have to go like 97 yards here.

And that’s the drive that goes for a TD. All passing as well.

Ravens are entirely capable of choking this game away.
