I don’t think that late hit was the reason for Kyler’s knee injury, but that was a dirty forearm to a QBs head while he’s on the ground.

Doesn’t look like he hurt his knee. I think the announcer just had a bad angle there.

This happens with bullshite targeting calls all the time where the defender keeps the same line and it's the offensive players who lowers the head into the defender.
