Can someone explain to me why Jags fans chant Duval and not Jaguars?

Duval County is the county Jacksonville is in. That’s all I got. Not sure why the county name became a chant.

Duval is the county. One of our o-lineman (I think) started the chant back in the 90’s and it really caught on.
ETA: Seeing online that it might have been Paul Spicer and Mike Peterson in the mid 2000s although I thought it went back a bit further than that.

These QBs create their own false starts with the 2-3 fake cadences and the OL sitting in their stances for 15-20 seconds.
Just run the fricking play on 3rd and 3 instead of making in 3rd and 8.
