Do you really think owners are going to agree to take a home game from one owner/organization and give it to another owner to host a neutral game? They're just going to agree to lose all that revenue on having a packed stadium that they earned and give it to a owner who didn't make the playoffs or exited early? That's insane.

They probably want another way to extort city and state governments.

"Who will pay us the most for us to have our game in your state/city?"
