@AdamSchefter: Sure sounds like Steelers at Patriots in Thursday night regular-season opener. Full NFL schedule release tonight at 8 on ESPN.

Jets will indeed be hosting the Browns in 2015 opener. Former DC Mike Pettine returns to MetLife Stadium ... with (backup) QB Johnny Manziel

Sounds like first Sunday night regular-season game is shaping up to be Giants at Cowboys. Just like two years ago.

Fricking mandatory "NFC East Showdown" instead of featuring the team that reached the Super Bowl

The Giants' home opener will be Week 2 vs. the Atlanta Falcons.

It will be in November, and it is NBC's turn to get it.

why would they want a game they might have to flex out?

we don't know what Peyton has left

I would suggest CBS gets it so that it can get the coverage it might deserve, might be 90%, might be 20%

Seems like the Falcons have played at NYG a lot in the last decade or so.

I'm pretty sure he's implying that Peyton may not be a part of it
