This is huge for the NFL. With a league that already is losing viewers by the week, this would be a disaster if the owners have contacted each other concerning the Kaep situation. Imagine if it comes out with their phone records of any racial or political undertones when deciding on the Kaep situation. The media would have a field day.

They'd lose from both angles. The SJWs/liberals would boycott. The players will continue to say/do dumbass shite and conservatives will continue to not watch.

Roger Goodell deserves every bit of this.

All the while the people it would hurt the most is the players but they're too dumb to realize it

The cell phone records could be juicy for reasons other than collusion.

Lemme find out Robert Kraft likes tranny hookers.

I'm not sure, but I don't know if they have to give them anything unless those records are suppenoed. I don't think a grievance case is able to do that. Just

I doubt any records would hit the public with Jones and Kraft involved, but still, the backlash would be incredible. Would make the Donald Sterling situation look like childs play.

Yeah, this is a weird play as the point of most arbitrations is you just go to hearing (no discovery/trial) -- and, I can't see what recourse he has other than through the CBA, unless he made some type of civil rights case.

I have my fingers and toes crossed.

No one would deserve a total disaster as much as the NFL and everyone involved in it. Management, players, coaches, owners. Everyone.

You sound so hopeful, boosie. Do we need to discuss your sexual tendencies?

If I was an owner I'd tell them to frick off. I'm not giving up my privacy just because some delusional moron is mad he wasn't signed to a team.

They don't want Kap because he's a lightning rod for controversy. That's not discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, origin, age, or disability. Collusion or not, they're avoiding him because of the media circus he brought on himself. That's how it is in a lot of workplaces.

I am hopeful. He just screams closet fig with his little white collars and pink ties all dainty and shite.

I’ve always thought he’s a closet homo.

This is purely a PR stunt from the Kaep side. If the Owners say to eff off, which is their right without a subpoena, then Kaep's people will just spin it as they are clearly hiding something.

Cell phone records is just numbers and times. There's no way they are getting content. NFL teams wouldn't have access to that anyway--only the cell carriers would.

I'd love to see that collusion took place. If that is the case the NFL is fricked. Please let it happen.
