3 playoff trips and one home playoff game in 21 years is bad

You are right, but you know what is worse-

the 1960s
the 1970s
the 1980s
the 1990s

the Saints & Lions combined to win 1 playoff game!

But unlike, Los Angeles, Oakland, Los Angeles again, St. Louis, Baltimore, Houston, Cleveland they supported their teams enough not to lose them.

Sometimes its owners and their arrogance and/or stadium deals, NOT just fan support.

If I recall, the Colts moving was more of a bitchfest by ownership.

Who the hell knew what Al Davis was doing, but playing in the outdated dumps the Raiders have been calling home doesn't help.

Bud Adams ruined what hope the Oilers fans had.

The list goes on...

...but if a shitty team has a solid and committed ownership group and a serviceable venue, I don't think a problem arises.

Yes, but some how New Orleans & Detroit were able to maintain a franchise while Los Angeles (x2), Houston, Cleveland.. weren't.

The Browns are the correct answer here.

I know it's not the right answer here, but I just can't understand how Philadelphia has never won a Super Bowl.

The Browns would have gone to the SB in 1980 but Brian Sipe threw a last minute pick in the end zone

This and we were a better team than the 2 Broncos teams that beat us in the AFC title games.

This had nothing to due with fan support or lack of it on either side.
