You can say the same about Matt Ryan, except not to the same extent. I concede he's not playing as well as Rodgers right now.
However, the offense around Ryan is better than Green Bay's offense around Rodgers. And the Falcons are at home.

Yep, Atlantas offense is playing lights out and will absolutely smoke this Green Bay defense
It will still be a shootout obviously but I'm thinking something like 42-35/45-31/48-45 I'm leaning Atlanta winning with all those scenarios but I could easily see Green Bay winning as well
