UCF to the Big 12

I think the Big 12 is going to expand. I just feel like they need to get on a level playing field with the rest of the P5. If and when they expand, i think they will add the following universities:
Cincinnati
BYU
Colorado St
New Mexico
Also, i believe that if the above happens, UConn wont sit around and remain in the AAC once Cincy departs. UConn should be actively looking for a P5 home anyway.

I think they stop at 12. Bring BYU is for football only and Cincy or Memphis in for all sports.

You don't think they are actively trying? Nobody wants them. BC is blocking them from the ACC and that is the only option they have unless the BIG10 decides to go after them, but I highly doubt that.

Why does BYU get a football - only invite while Memphis/Cincy get an invite for all sports? BYU brings a hell of a lot more to the table than Memphis/Cincy. Heck, they're more valuable than every school in the Big 12 not named Oklahoma or Texas.

It is simple. BYU refuses to play other sports on sundays. That makes conference tournament and olympic sports scheduling hell. That is the reason BYU did not join the Big 12 earlier.
ETA: BYU is also happy in the WCC and have their own tv deal with ESPN and their own network. They also run by the Mormon church and are not hurting for cash.

Louisiana to CUSA much to LaTech's chagrin.
Uhh...no. Our administration in Martin Hall is too f-ing lazy and chicken-shite to make a real play. South Alabama, TX State and GA State likely get in before us, because their administration wants it more.
