Saban is 67, belichick is 67, Roy Williams is 69 and coach k is 72. In the next 5 years, all 4 teams could feasibly have new coaches. Who you got? Throw Kansas in there if the NCAA drops the hammer on them.

Belichick and Saban will die coaching, but if they died tomorrow, the NE OC would probably take over (the one who took the IND job and then didn't). Bama would call Dabo first, but I think he stays at Clem and who knows who they go after.

I don't watch CBB that much so I don't even know who would take those spots.

Agreed. 1st call Bama makes is Dabo. Will throw the bank at him

Yes, McDaniels would take over for Hoodie. No idea on Saban, Dabo isn't coming imo.

Belichick has a shot as passing Shula for all-time wins in 4-6 years. I'm thinking he'll stick around for that.

Rank Coach Career wins
1 Don Shula 347
2 George Halas 324
3 Bill Belichick 295

I agree. Dabo is Clemson’s Bear Bryant. He is the legend. He would be stupid to leave, especially to follow Saban. The next coach at Bama is doomed to failure even if they aren’t that bad.

Freddie Kinchens?

Name one successful coach that followed a legend that wasn’t fired for not living up to the legend’s expectations

Joe B Hall took over for Rupp, coached 13 years and won a title with 3 Final Fours.

While Cal is just 58 or 59 I think, I do think he retires in 3-4 years and moves to TV.

I expect Brad Stevens will get a call if he's still doing well.

I'll take a wild guess at my own question. Probably will be totally wrong:

Pats: McDaniels
Duke: Stevens (runs stale in Boston)
Unc: Chris beard at tx tech
Bama: dabo some how, some way $$$$$

Hopefully jay Wright to duke.

Coach Kara successor shouldn’t be his former players they haven’t proved shite.

Wright is fairly young and recruits very well for where he is and is proven.

The most interesting hire would be who takes the Bama job. And only an idiot would take it.
