So staying your ground isn't something an alpha would do? You seem to wait to focus just on the helmet to helmet play when the truth is, there were back & forth going during pregame & well before the helmet to helmet play in the 3rd quarter.

I just never thought that a cheap shot would be considered alpha, I'd think quite the opposite actually.

That's not my thing but I'm sure you already have a large enough stable of customers to survive off of. Just make sure to wash your mouth out several times before Christmas day so you don't leave behind traces of protein on the cheeks of your family members.

I don't think it was beckham's initial intention to lay a helmet to helmet spear hit on norman. He went for a pile smasher at the closing moments of a play. It just played out differently when norman pulled up. You can assume whatever you'd want, your assumptions (possibly like mine) are assumed to fit an agenda. My rationale is pretty logical though. All day odell was holding his ground within the game of football. Norman constnatly resorted to closed fists, punching, swinging, and WAY post whistle activities after he got bested by odell during the play. life is too short, kick norman's arse.

Pretty sure they were both doing all of that stuff you said only Norman did.

There's numerous alpha football players in Hall of Fame who made a career off of cheap shots. Try again buddy. Here's just a few.

Not, look closer, norman was throwing a bunch more punches, even on spear hit, norman threw like 3 punches, many plays doing same, putting his dukes up in odell's face etc.

I'm not reading 22 pages, but anyone else amused that Brad Wing is in the middle of it too?

This is a stupid thing for people to argue about, but it is not a gentlemanly action to taunt and approach with a baseball bat.

Ther'es a bunnnnch of videos of Beckham doing the same.

How about the play way downfield where the play was over and Beckham took the cheap shot and hit Norman high, was that "within the game of football" as you stated?

You can't spear someone like that regardless and you know it.

unfortunately no. Its not often we get to see passionate plays within the game like that play in play out.

aw man, already pussying out.

If it's not relevant, it's not being used for "comparative purposes".
uh yes, since law differs btw states. That's comparative. Simply to increase your lack of knowledge of the law.

quote:

It's just not relevant at this point with the facts that have been provided.

so you're dismissing eye witness accounts as non factual. Lack of knowledge shown again. You're making this too easy.

I'm sad you werent able to respond intelligently once I cited "tangible" info. I had high hopes for you but that's what happens when you jump into an argument and you have no idea what you're talking about.

You are so invested in this, Chad. I am not sure I have ever seen a poster be so adamant about defending a player;s actions like you are with ODBjr.
