I think the officiating has been horrible and just another example why there was no official at the goal line. The no call on helmet to helmet was just egregious. So it's not targeting that's debatable BUT he came in high for the tackle and still would have hit him in the helmet regardless if the QB dipped his head. Their explanation he turned his head was BS should at least been a personal foul.
