True

It was a +20 point spread though.

I still can't wrap my mind around that one

You can bookmark this thread if you want. Notre Dame wins by 2 TDs. I have very high confidence in that.

Oh, I think ND will win too. Just that having extreme confidence in something like college football is a bit silly, like I said, just based on the Iowa/OSU matchup.

I bet you were extremely confident Iowa wouldn't score 50+ and win by 30+, right?

Ya I've tried to fine the Miami angle to this one and I'm just not seeing it

They are still a P5 team, and have some talent, but unless Wimbush turns the ball over a few times, which he hasn't done all season, I don't see this being close. Even without Adams, Notre Dame has more than capable backups to run behind that big o-line. Even how bad Notre Dame was last season we still squeaked out a W.

I haven't watched Iowa play this year so hard to say, but no of course I wouldn't have predicted that.

I've watched ND play at least 3 times and Miami twice. I feel like I have a pretty good handle on the teams.

But that's why they play the games.

Notre Dame is way better than Miami.

Miami has been winning on luck and guts...not tremendous talent.

DIsagree, I think Miami is very talented, specifically at WR and on the DLine.

They're limited due to their QB though.

Wimbush isn't exactly Joe Montana. If they can force him to throw, I like the Canes.

Oh, and frick Norte Dame.

Miami's DLine is very nasty. Their matchup with the ND OL will determine the game.

Miami has a high risk/high reward D overall...they give up big plays but then they get big stops and turnovers.

I think it's gonna be a real intense game and 'The Rock' will be rockin'.

And on Primetime ABC...night game in Miami.

The Fighting Irish have struggled in the month of November in recent seasons with a 6-8 SU and 3-11 ATS record over their last 14 November games.

ND is a 3 point favorite.

They need to bring it with the celebrations and the banter as well.

Richt can't have a conservative offensive game plan out of the gate. We have to get a few touchdowns early to make ND pass the ball. If it's a close game going into the second half I think ND can pound this defense on the ground.

Demetrius Jackson being OUT is a big blow as well. He's been playing really well. Jonathan Garvin will have his chance to shine now.

Miami is #4 in the nation in turnover margin.

Notre Dame is #5.

Nah I just watch the football games and can tell that UGA and Notre Dame are in another class compared to Miami.

Bump?
