Arkansas traveled and then gets the flagrant foul called. Officials just completely screwed Seton Hall.

They literally put the rule up on the screen. Barford was driving the lane, Seton Hall Player shoves him directly forward from the back with a clear no-play on the ball. That's a flagrant 1. You wrap up to intentionally foul. You NEVER push.
