Stupid fricking decision not to pull him after the liner off his foot, especially when he couldn't find the zone.
Every hit they were right on it lining it up the middle. His shite wasn't moving the way it's supposed to, and the coach just screwed Irvine out of the trip to Omaha. That's a damn stupid shame.
Grats to Virginia. Hell of a job to hang in there down to the last out.
