That's in and out. So UCA has like 16 or 17 for this year if you count in and out. Not including JUCOS.
ETA: I see the article did include JCs. I don't think that's an entirely accurate or honest way to measure. About 9 of the transfers in for Oregon were JC guys. Those guys should count as recruits, not transfers.

SLU got 3, 2 of them decent, the other guy I have no clue.

WVU hasn't had a player graduate in 3-4 years, and 3 more kids leave this year including 2 of the 3 best players. Had 6 kids transfer out last year.
