There are garbage teams ranked in the top 25 all the time. Thats why its so crazy that NC State hasnt been ranked and beaten a ranked team at home in 25 years. Can you imagine? Maybe this lifts the curse of Valvanos sanctions finally and we win an ACC championship in any major sport for the first time in nearly 3 decades too
