I find it hilarious that his fans and talking heads feel vindicated by this.

Nobody thinks he isn't extremely good. But it's insane that it took him this long.

Can't he be amazing AND some people laugh at his basketball accomplishments?

It's a fair criticism of someone that may go down as one of the 3 best PGs ever.

is it fair when his career, or his best season, isnt even over yet though? remember when lebron got swept by the spurs and people laughed at the jordan comparisons?

Not sure if serious.

LeBron got swept as a 22 year old. Paul just turned 33.

criticism is still premature, since its been assumed he would never do what he just did. peyton never won a SB til he was over 30, Dirk never won NBa title til he was over 30, both of those guys legacy changed dramatically after the fact.

Paul can be fantastic and not deliver in the playoffs. He in fact has not been to the finals. I am one that believes you don’t have to win a title to be great. Five folks play for each team and a one persons team (Cleveland) or a two person (rockets) can’t beat GSW (3 great players) more times than not. Doesn’t negate how good each player is. Durant is a bigger hitch going to GSW to win than if he had never won a title I think

Funnily he’s been great in the playoffs with the Clippers.

Dudes 33.

Both Dirk and Peyton had way more team success prior to their championships than CP3.
