Adam Silver is a terrible commish, but the actual NBA isn't as woke as people seem to believe. Most of the woke stuff in the past comes from the top (Adam and his goons). A lot of these guys just want to hoop and make money.

You may be right for all I know (I haven’t really cared about the NBA since circa 1990), but the guys on the floor have a right to think whatever they want. When the organization starts pushing Left politics (well, really, I don’t want them pushing Right politics either, it’s a game, it’s for entertainment … though I’d shite myself if a league stood up for closed borders or whatever) that’s a different thing entirely (to my mind, anyway). “Okay, then frick ALL of this.”
