Lol. Like any other 9 seed team would be a good matchup. Only three or four (five at most) teams in the whole nba wouldn’t get swept by CC. Game one was the only chance they had and James took it from em.

Utah or OKC push yal to at least 6 IMHO. Probably won't win, but they won't be swept.

Hardwn is
2/18 FG,
1/10 3pt,
7/8 FT
4 rebounds,
7 assists,
3 steals,
2 blocks,
3 turnovers,
12 points
So the all time top five offensive player had more TOs than FGs.

Classic Harden playoff line. Luckily for him he has Paul to carry him when he puts up shitastic lines like that this season.

Harden was awful last night. Just awful. He rarely has a bad game, but wow.

It will be a sweep. Or gettleman sweep. You are comparing a couple teams who are good in the context of “this year”. To a sqaud who is better than damn near any team ever.

In some ways this is why Houston can potentially win it this year. Each of them has had an off game in the first two, and the team found a way to win. Their defense is clearly better than it has been in the past (maybe just the addition of Paul being the reason), so they can grind wins out. As a team, Houston shot less than 40% last night and won by 20

If Minny loses a game by 20 when harden puts up that stat line, the rockets are in good shape for the sweep.

They would prob beat any of the other teams from 3 thru 8 in the west. Or be one heck of a long and competitive series at a minimum.

Best two way player in the game.

MVP favorite James Harden earned praise for perhaps the best defensive performance of his career after one of the worst shooting outings in NBA playoff history.

Harden, whose defense had been the subject of ridicule in recent seasons, recorded three steals and a playoff career-high-tying three blocked shots. It is the first time he had at least three steals and three blocks in a regular-season or playoff game in his career. "To me, it's what he did on the defensive end that was amazing," Rockets small forward Trevor Ariza said. "He really stepped up and sat down on defense. That's something he's been working on all year. He's improved unbelievably.

To be fair, he did have one of his best shooting outings in game 1, and was due for a letdown
