Which is why we see Magic posturing in saying we might just wait until next year and get Kawhi for free. I honestly think this would be the best for the Lakers as an organization but I doubt everyone wants to put this off for a year.
But if they did get a nod from Lebron that he would return to Cleveland for one year then opt out. The could bring in Lebron and Kawhi next year and build a team however they want with the exact pieces they want as far as Kuzma, Hart, Ingram, and hell maybe even Randle. I would ditch Ball in a heartbeat but I doubt they will.

They're up against the luxury tax and want to bring back Van Vleef. They're going to trade someone but I'd expect a familiar Raptors team unless someone pays a premium for Lowry and/or Derozan.
