And Mike Dantoni was a scout for Pop. What's your point?

But I wouldn’t expected you to know that.

I dont expect you to know much either bubba. Your takes in just this thread alone have proved that.

Uh, ok? If you're trying to imply that Dantoni is superior to Finch I dont really give a shite. He's an assistant that's done his job well here. Its not like Dantoni knows how to shut us down.

You may be one of the fakest people on this entire site. Boastful prognostications followed by shitty hedges when you're wrong, which is often.

Then you don't really understand the physical toll of playing 5 games in 7 days. There was a debate about whether or not to sit our starters to avoid injury.

FIGASENIs are brutal. That infamous game where Pop sat basically half our team vs. Miami when LeBron was there was a 5th game in 7 nights.

Hornets are my Eastern team this season (supplanting the Pacers). They hired one of our longtime assistant coaches and now they have Frenchie McWonderbutt.

What makes Lebron a coward on the basketball court? Because someone beat him? Because a 7 footer hit a 30 foot three point shot? Because he couldn’t beat the GOAT team? I don’t get it.

By all accounts, LeBron is considered to be a "basketball genius" knowing sets,plays before the other team does(like Rondo) and is also known to have a photographic memeory about games (like Bird & others).

So what's the more likely scenario:
A) LeBron knew what KD was about to do(especially since it happened the year before)
B) LeBron didn't know what KD was about to do

If A & he chose not to pick him up he was either afraid to guard him or quit on that game. An act of cowardice.

If B, then KD has surpassed him in basketball game theory.

As matter of fact KD probably has already regardless of the answer.

Cleveland should've won Game 3...but LeBron can't or chose not to guard KD on the pivotal moment.

Maybe,just maybe, he was protecting his image.

Or maybe his "broken hand" limited him.

Also, for the naysayers, go back and watch the tape.

If I compare what Sloan or west would have done to cover kd with game on the line, it says LeBron was tired.

West would have gone for the steal in the open court.
Sloan would have been all up in his grill.

I presume LeBron was every bit as self motivated as the great 2 guards of my days in Chicago.

He was out of adrenaline.

"Bird steals the ball! Bird steals the ball!"

They should've just gone back to the exact branding they had before they left Charlotte.

Their new stuff is decent, but there is nothing like the Mickey Mouse gloved Hugo and those pinstripe jerseys.

@KellyIkoNBA:
Source: Kent Bazemore’s list of suitors also includes Milwaukee, who recently contacted the Hawks but initial trade talks didn’t get very far. Kent loves Atlanta, but would be open to a move to HOU/MIL since he knows both coaches well and would be joining a contender.

@KellyIkoNBA:
Source: Atlanta would be open to taking Ryan Anderson’s remaining $41 million back, but would need draft pick + one of Houston’s young guys. A package of Anderson, Melton and a 2019 first might be enough to get a deal done, but Houston is high on Melton and his upside.

@sam_amick:
Houston’s Carmelo Anthony signing expected to be finalized later this week - possibly tomorrow. In other Rockets rumblings, I’m told they’re not pursuing or interested in Atlanta’s Kent Bazemore, as has been reported.

That’s a deal dealer Daryl can get whenever he wants. I think he has his eyes on that James Johnson Tyler Johnson combo for ryno. Also I can see him looking to make a move for green over In Memphis. This is gonna be one heck of an offseason when all is said and done wow
