1998-99 San Antonio Spurs
Defensive Rating: 95.0
League-Average Defensive Rating: 102.2
2003-04 San Antonio Spurs
Defensive Rating: 94.1
League-Average Defensive Rating: 102.9
Best ratings in the modern era (post 1960s). Not some baseless claim, just truth.
for refernce the warriors team d was 104.2 this year. we can reasonably say the rockets would have missed at minimum 30 3pt attempts in a row had they faced either san antonio team listed above

Gee boom, you are on thin ice again.
Imho young parker, young ginobli, Timmie beats
Harden, Capela and cp3.
Ginobli was clutch in a way we have yet to see from harden.
Cp3 has never once held up for the whole year. He was hampered or out with injuries in two other clippers series vs the Goldies. This hammie was just another leg injury for him when he was needed most.
Houston did not play enough guys. Harden can't play as much in games 1 thru 75 if you want to see him at his best.
He got tired having to play both ways vs the Goldies.
Why was Robt horry open?

Yep. THats why Moute was more important than iggy. Cc had two key losses. Still nearly knocked off GOAT. That’s why they are all timer. No other squad could avoid the gentleman sweep. They just ran out of guys in game 7. If Moute coulda gave then minutes they maybe woulda made 6-7 or 8 of those threes and won game 7 going away and then g swept Lebron and then. It just was not james’s Times yet. This year, is James time. He will win his MVP again and get his finals MVP. Giving him 4 top 2 in MVP in 5 years. That puts him among a handful of players in league history.

Well he has had one of the better four year runs we have seen tbt. 3 top 2 MVP in 4 years has only been done by maybe 10 players ever. That is where hardens run lands him. Oh and he is still improving he hasn’t even reached his peak yet. This year will bbe his peak. Then get that for another year. Then a slight decrease back to who he was this year the season after that. So harden is the kinda guy who will finish his career with up to 10 first team all nba selections.

You guys are all morons
So did the Suns really trade a potentially high 2nd round pick to save 2 million? I'd be pissed if I was a Suns fan.

no bc he has to go through GOAT. Aint a spurs team ever woulda beat this year warriors or rockets team. Thank your lucky stars that the timing fell your way. That’s why a guy like me don’t use titles alone as a judge of much of anything.

Suns are tracking to be about the 10th worst team in the league imo so they'd be giving up the pick. This draft looks really weak though

That's because you don't have a legit one to base your experience off of it

Again I Am a league wide guy more than anything. I don’t pull for any one team as much as I enjoy the league as a whole. So your low creativity typical smack talk falls on deaf ears when directed at me. I loved the CC-GSw Series irregardless of outcome.

Don't duck me next time you come to SA. We need to run, and then run it back (since we know cc won't).

You're not an expert on the subject matter of titles.
Leave that to superior basketball organizations, Pinata.
