Magic would be better with Gortat at C than the Hornets would be without Paul IMO.

Clearly, but it's not just about who is more valuable to their team. It's the league MVP. We all know that CP3 makes the hornets go, that doesn't make him the MVP of the league, it makes him the MVP of his team.
