So Wade, Bosh, James, and Haslem all opt out and the 2 younger guys get long term max deals while the 2 older guys are offered shorter (and I'm assuming not max) deals.

That's good to hear that Ariza wants to wait it out just in case Houston matches Parsons for whatever reason

Parsons is good but not worth 15 mill a year. And bringing him back at that salary doesn't leave them with much wiggle room to get better. In return, they pretty much have the same team as last year without Asik and Lin.

I would look at Gasol but it's probably too late in the game for that.
