worried about what?

if Im Lebron Im going elsewhere, it'd be silly to stay in Miami (unless they upgrade the roster)

Durant will be a Laker. Either way, you won't be worried about Miami's cap space if LBJ leaves.

Worried that Lebron will leave Miami

Many presumed that Lebron was a lock to stay in Miami. It doesn't appear that way right now.

youre actually a Miami fan? Okay then, thats understandable.

I couldnt care less about "Miami" or any other NBA team - i just root for individuals.

Things are starting to look bleak for the heat if that's the talent pool to pick from.

@MiamixHeatles I reported Bosh's interest in 5 for 90 last night; that would be a starting salary of 15. And Heat are countering to lower.

Not saying he's a lock to stay in OKC but these assumptions that he's leaving one of the best current franchises in the NBA to go to one of the mega-markets (especially the horrible ones like LAL and NYK) is pretty damn funny. KD ain't all about the glitz and glamor my friends.

Maybe not but I'd imagine he is about winning titles and it's been proven time and time again that the Lakers do that.

If OKC doesn't win a championship in the next 2 years, Durant will be gone imo.

I see Westbrook being the one who leaves imo.

The franchise has a looooooong way to go. And who knows what Kobe has left?

Me neither. Westbrook is big into the fashion world and I would surprised if he doesn't play for an LA or NY team by the time his career is done. Who knows though. I think he loves OKC and playing with Durant.

Kobe doesn't matter. His contract comes off the books in 2016. They'll be offering KD the keys to the franchise.

Who will be the coach?

They haven't been able to attract even a decent coach out there. KD's much more likely to go to an east coast team, a Texas team, or Chicago IMO. If he even leaves.

I think Lakers may end up tanking again.

They've put themselves in quite a situation with committing all that money to Kobe they need to build through 1 or 2 more drafts.

No idea. I just know that the Lakers are already talking about going all out for Durant in 2016 with a shitload of cap space. We'll see what happens.

Well, we don't have a 1st round pick for the '15 draft so I doubt they want to tank lol. Everything I've read though is that the Lakers are only offering 2 year deals right now to try to build a playoff team around Kobe while maintaining flexibility for 2016.

I said the other day that we should sign Bledsoe ($13M) and Stephenson ($12M) to long term contracts, bring back Pau on a 2 year deal and be ready to roll. Then in 2016, we would have only Stephenson, Bledsoe and Randle under contract with 30M+ in cap space for '16 but what do I know

No shite. The Lakers and just about every other team in the league that will need help at that point will be gunning for him. Just like it is currently with Lebron and Melo.

Are they even pushing for Gasol? Hard to know exactly what is going on but it sure seems like they're cool letting him walk. Pretty wild.
