Chris Haynes @ChrisBHaynes Boston will renounce the rights to guard Terry Rozier - to open up a max slot for Kemba Walker - and he’ll become an unrestricted free agent, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

It has nothing to do with the Lakers, so Perfect won't say a thing about it.

It’s completely absurd. The league needs to rework this. Have FA tampering start a week after the Finals end and have the draft 2 weeks later. Or something go that effect.

Don't think it means anything at this point in time when we haven't even had the meeting yet

I think so, which I’m on the fence about. I thought it was closer to $22 million, which would allow the Lakers to get another solid piece with the cap space

But I’ve got a feeling there’s going to be some role players getting some stupid contracts ala 2016 since so many teams have a ton of cap space

D’lo at $27MM may not look that bad once everything shakes out imo

I don't know. I feel they need to be Kawhi or depth. You spend that much on Russell, still not left with a lot to build your roster. Kawhi can cover some of that. Not so much for Russel.

Pretty sure it’s 27 million year one and then rising.

That’s what any team will have to pay to get him because in this market he’s getting the max.

Someone is going to give him the max. He'll really have to want to be in LA if they try to offer less.
