Pacers are an awesome team. When was the last time a team won the title without a mega star? Halliburton is great but not a team carrier. I dont think any team has ever won it without a mega star? Kawai was on toronto

SGA is an incredible offensive player and he absolutely deserved the MVP. But a lot of his game consists of him initiating contacting and getting the foul. He’s the master of it. He gets fouls that shouldn’t be fouls.
i think chet and carusso makes this team great. SGA could still carry a team by himself but there is something missing. He is great dont get me wrong.

04 Pistons I would guess, that’s if you consider Tatum a mega star, which is arguable.

I don’t disagree at all. I think OKC is a perfect example of the sum being better than the part. SGA had a great season though and I have no problem with him winning MVP.

99% of ESPN’s camera shots off the court are panning the crowd.

Is there some sacred code you can’t talk shite to someone flopping?

SGA’s clearly fell with minimal contact by Turner earlier

and his game is totally iso oriented. He doesnt really get baskets any other way then the Mid and free throws which is ok i guess but his teammates have to just stand around and watch

Man I wanted Hali to throw the alley for Obi but the 3 ended up being better. He would’ve tore the rim off

If I had a vote I’d go Joker too, but I’m not going to fault someone for voting for SGA. He did have a great season

That being said, what Indiana is pulling off is incredible.

He was a very good player, but by no means a “mega star” type.
