Gotcha. So is it something like this?

Tier 1: NZ, Australia, South Africa
Tier 2: England, France, Argentina, Wales, Ireland
Tier 3: Scotland, Italy, Samoa, Tonga
Tier 4: Everyone sucks

If we're 16 or 17 right now, where were we a decade ago? Even further back or kind of in the same place?

looks about right...Fiji is usually in that Tier 3. They're down right now.

USA's highest ranking was 14th, lowest was 20th.

However, the future looks bright as our U-20 team is currently doing really well in the IRB Junior World Trophy. Archbishop Shaw/LSU Rugby/New Orleans product Cameron Falcon is starting at hooker for the Junior All-Americans, and has 3 tries in 4 games.

Thanks for the info. I always like learning more about sports I am mostly unfamiliar with.

Cool picks wish I could seen the game. I saw all the June Tour Test matches. That last New Zealand vs Ireland game was a beat down.

Can't wait for The Rugby Championship to start in August. In the meantime SuperRugby starts back up this week!

I think more Americans would come check the international matches if it were a little bit cheaper, and the kids go in free, or maybe if they did a can good food drive or something.

Because it was a really fun atmosphere and a great turn out even though tickets stared at 20 bucks each (no kids discounts) and it was a 100 degrees!

I have no excuse for not making it - just forgot. But I'd probably have had a hard time getting friends who didn't play to go for $20 a pop. Esp. when they've been able to get Astros and Rockets tickets for free all year

Nice pics 'heypaul'. Going to that match and the pub before it were the best parts of my summer. Here's a few of mine if you are still around and/or interested...

Too bad my camera battery died before the half, and I missed getting parts where the scoreboard started getting out of hand. My favorite players who were in this one were Clever, Wyles and LaValla so sorry if they show up in the pics too much.
