Mulkey Wearing Her Tech Blue....Again!

Thanks to FJ Taylor (God rest his soul) and AD Jim Oakes, LA Tech made arguably the worst coaching misstep in the history of women’s sports. Sic ‘Em Bears!!!

I don't know if keeping up would have been possible for LA Tech even with Kim as the coach. There is way more money spent on women's bball these days.

Did she really wear La Tech colors to the national title game for Baylor? I don't follow women's bball at all but do the coaches routinely wear random colors and not their school colors?

The first national title game in 05 she wore the light blue that the lady techsters wear. It was likely a jab at tech.
The next title game she didn't wear blue.
Last night she wore blue. IDK if last night was intentional, but i would guess that in 05 it was on purpose.
Supposedly Mulkey originally wanted a set number of years guaranteed (enough to get her to some level of state retirement). Tech would only give her one less than that, so she got mad and went to Baylor. When she went to Baylor, Baylor had never even made the tournament.

I'm not saying a coach has to wear team colors every game, but this is a national title game...Baylor is green and yellow, and she wears a light blue suit? Seems like more than a jab imo.
