NHL GameCenter Live and NHL Center Ice should both be free this year.

I know they won't be, but that would be a great way to thank fans and keep interest by allowing them to watch every game for free this shortened season.

All these promo's teams are doing are great and all, but offer nothing for the out of market fans, which are plenty.

Pull for Nashville - solid on offense despite not having a top 10 star and a top 5 goalie.

Can't believe I missed this thread on the draft. fricking Te'o!!!

Most casual friendly teams to root for:

Penguins
Oilers ( Heavily loaded on offense with young talent)
Blackhawks
Flyers
Capitals

I'm a fan of certain players, Luongo (sp?) the Sedin brothers. Patrick Kane, Jonathan Toews. Chara.

I like Crosby too but can't stand Ovechkin

Do any of you guys have a NHL coverage map? I want to start following, preferably a team that I can watch regularly here in Louisville. Hopefully one within decent driving distance that I can catch from time to time live as well.

Help a girl that just wants to watch some hockey.

In Louisville - you should be able to catch Nashville Predators, Carolina Hurricanes, Washington Capitals, St. Louis Blues maybe.

You should get them on whatever Fox Sports you get (South maybe?)

Heres a guide to the TV coverage for the season
2013 TV Guide

Ducks are my sleeper this year. They have a solid chance to bounce back, and if Hiller can hold strong they could make things interesting.

Still going with the Pens though. Crosby is gonna come back roaring, and with Malkin playing in Russia during the lockout, hes gonna come back firing on all cylinders.
