currently have 23 members. Which brings us to a cost of 69 bucks to come out of the pot.

Someone just needs to post how much and where to send the money.

I would probably say 4 teams, and a combo of NFL/CFB

i've been running one of these pools for a while. Definitely get all the money in a lump sum payment up front. We do 12 games a week, anything less than that and there are too many ties.

we're going ATS, 12 games is excessive

I believe the rule is that you can't win the week unless you pick all five games correct, ATS.

yeah, we do ATS, too. If you've already got 23 people, you're going to have alot of guys that go 5-0 each week.

Seriously?

I may go 5-0 ONCE a season, if that.

you must hang out with some serious handicappers then. 12 games?

yeah, you'll do it once or twice, and so will everyone else. So you've got 3 or more going 5-0 each week. That's been my experience anyway. We've got around 40 in our league (Egg was in it last year, but he told me not to invite you guys), and most weeks it took a record of atleast 10-2 to win outright.

5 team parlays usually pay out around 25-1 odds. You must have some GD experts if you multiple people hitting 5-0 every weeks

well, not really. The first year we did it my girlfriend hit at 64% for the season and took home the yearly prize. She was picking games based on where she wanted to live later in life. When you have that many people playing, somebody is going to get pretty lucky. Last year, a girl finished in either 2nd or 3rd (i cant remember) in the yearly standings. I think Egg was around 35 of 40.
