Maybe you can't watch watchespn overseas, but if you have an account with the right ISP here you can access ESPN overseas. (And by "right" I mean one that ESPN has contracts with)
(And no watchespn and ESPN 3 aren't the exact same thing)

I have an account with Cox and that is recognized by WatchESPN but I need to find away to make it seem like my IP address is showing in the USA

Yep...I had comcast internet (which was integrated with watchespn) and although I didn't have comcast when i was in school, i just logged into my comcast account and watched the games w/o problems.

If I were to go to google over here it automatically directs me to google.com/au...same thing with watchespn. If I log onto it it automatically directs me to espn3.com/au. I downloaded Hotspot Shield and Hide Easy IP and now have a American IP and literally everything directs me to the USA Verizon of sites except for watchespn. That still directs me to the AU verizon.
I'm sorry I keep bumping this I am just butthurt over not being able to watch replays of all the games while im over here.

Try a VPN then, it's a little better, but like $10 a month. There's so much you can do with it including adding it to your xbox or smartphone.. but yeah you can try a 7 day trial free let me know if that works. This is the most highly rated one I could find real quick. Just select 7 day free trial. LINK

slingbox anything else posted is wrong, i live in a different country and still get 500+ channels of good ol merican tv in HD
