What an absolutely terrible comparison.

You know of someone that's closer?

Chuck Hayes. Not a great player by any stretch, but he plays against guys who are at least 4'' taller than him on a nightly basis, and bangs with them all night.

But not unique really? Charles Barkley did this and was a hall of famer

I thought we were talking about today but I'll attempt a rebuttal anyway.

Hayes plays center Barkley was a PF. There is usually an inch or two, and 30 lbs difference in size between a PF and a C. Not always of course, especially not in the NBA today, but historically. Most centers in the NBA are still 6'10'' or above, while many PFs are a little more undersized in the 6'8'' category

Yes, all time Barkley fits better as an answer to this question

Z Bo. Hands down.
No one in the league with his size, skill, grace, and lack of athleticism.

Kevin Love. No one combines flashes of astonishing non-athleticism with ruthlessly efficient play as a healthy Love.

As far as the Charles Barkley comparison, Wes Unseld was probably the greatest "small" big man of all time in the NBA. Unseld came in at 6'7", played center and power forward, and was one the leaders (Elvin Hayes) of the Washington Bullets during their 1970's heyday.
He was also Rookie of the Year and MVP in 1969. Only Wilt Chamberlain has matched that feat.

Interesting side note: Kevin Love's father, Stan, played with Unseld. Love's middle name, Wesley, was in tribute to Unseld.

Marc Gasol. 7 footer that is a great defender as well as a great passer. He can also knock down mid range jumpers very consistently.

LeBron. Never have I seen a player with so much skill and absolutely no clutch.
